MagnumLive Oy's privacy policy
Customer privacy and data protection are of great importance to MagnumLive Oy and we are committed to protecting the privacy of personal data. We regularly work on both data protection and data security and, where necessary, develop our operations to improve these areas.
We inform you about data protection and the processing of personal data on our website and, if necessary, provide the information to the data subject upon request. The processing of personal data is defined and thoroughly documented. We will update the data protection documentation if necessary and we will announce the changes on our website. The change date is always mentioned.
Personal data is collected for different purposes and different types of data content are processed according to different purposes of use. In this statement, we describe in more detail the information and purposes of use in MagnumLive Oy's customer register.

3. Definitions of personal data processing
We have analyzed what the processing of personal data means for our customer register. Among other things, we have defined what kind of data is collected and stored and how long the data is stored. Personal data is not processed or stored unnecessarily and all unnecessary data is deleted. When defining personal data storage periods, other legislation and factors that affect the obligation to store personal data have been taken into account.
Personal data processors are limited according to their job descriptions, and data is processed only by those of our staff whose job description requires data processing. The processing of personal data in the systems is limited by means of different roles, in which case only the personal data needed at any given time is used.
The processing of personal data takes place in accordance with established principles, which include compliance with the law, reasonableness and transparency, purpose-relatedness, data minimization and accuracy, and confidentiality. The principles are taken into account on a practical level in our operations and we have trained our staff to act in accordance with the principles.
Instructions have been given to the staff on the processing of manual documents containing personal data, and the processing of personal data is, as a rule, digital.
The processing and storage of the information in the register is based either on a contractual relationship with our company, consent received from a person, or our company's legitimate interest in collecting information in terms of the prerequisite for our business.
The personal data of the customer register is processed on the basis of a legitimate interest. The processing of personal data in connection with sending newsletters is based on the data subject's consent, which was given when ordering the newsletter

The personal data of the customer register is processed only as needed and the use is predefined. Register information is used:
- for customer relationship maintenance

5. What information do we collect?
We collect the following personal data:
- Name
- Email address
- Phone number
- Address
- Marketing authorization or prohibition
- Order and billing information
- IP address
- Navigating the sites
- Cookie and pixel information
- Change and log information of previous, individualized data
6. Regular sources of information
The information stored in the register is obtained from the customer when sending a request for quotation or an order, from a message sent using forms, by e-mail, by telephone, contracts, customer meetings and other situations where the customer discloses his information. Log data is collected from the systems in connection with data updates.
7. Disclosure of personal data
Personal data is processed outside of MagnumLive Oy and its subsidiaries only by contractual partners or customers. The agreements specifically address data protection and the processing of personal data.
Data protection, data security and the processing of personal data are taken into account with our subcontractors, collaborators and contractual partners, and we oblige them all to meet our quality requirements.
Personal data will not be disclosed except in accordance with legal requirements, or in situations where disclosure of data is mandatory for the implementation of the interests and rights of the employer-client, excluding the parties in the first paragraph.
Data is not transferred outside the European Union or the European Economic Area, unless there is an immediate need for the transfer, for example due to the technical implementation of the service. In this case, the controller takes care of the level of data protection as required by legislation and ensures a high level of data protection also through contracts.
8. Register protection principles and information security
Care is taken when processing the register and the information processed with the help of information systems is properly protected. Register data is stored on Internet servers. The physical and digital data security of the equipment is taken care of appropriately.
The registrar ensures that stored data as well as server access rights and other data critical to the security of personal data are handled confidentially and only by those employees whose job description it is. In addition to employees, the administrators of the online service also have access to the personal register. A data processing agreement has been concluded with the administrators of the online service, which specifies how they can process data.
Antivirus is in use and deviations are responded to. Deviations detected by the firewall are also reacted to.
Our website is built to be secure. We use a secure SSL connection, firewalls, and logging into the site is behind passwords and usernames. Regular updates are made to the site, which strengthens the site's information security.
9. Data protection expertise of the staff
We actively follow the industry's data protection practices and take care of the staff's level of data protection expertise. Competence takes into account the role of each person, and if the job description includes the processing of personal data to a significant extent, the competence must be at a high level.
10. Customer rights
The registered person can exercise all his rights according to the data protection regulation by sending a signed, written request or email to the contact information mentioned in point 1. We respond to requests for information as quickly as possible, and if for some reason we are unable to implement the request within a month, we will immediately notify the person concerned.
The data subject's rights according to the General Data Protection Regulation are:
