From Värttinä, Moon Whisperers ja Puppet theatre from Samposta known Susan Aho has made music ranging from world music to children's songs and from hits to songs. Susan, who has performed on international stages for years, is an experienced artist who has represented Finland in Eurovision in Oslo, composed music for a major musical as a member of Värttinä The Lord of the rings together with a world-famous Indian composer AR Rahman with, and has toured around the world with various lineups.
Now Susan has composed and written new songs just for herself. Songs that the artist herself believes are her most personal music. Her solo debut album will be released in 2020.
At gigs and on the album, the lyrics of the songs tell stories about the past and the future, deep thoughts, romance, drama, laughter, flirtation and irony. Life as it is. When listening to the songs, you can easily identify with the story and recognize your own life in them.
